ABOUT CAREER COMPASS: GOALS
The Staff Infrastructure Steering Committee, Human Resources, and many participants from the campus have developed a series of new initiatives focused on creating new Job Standards, improving Performance Management and providing new Career Development opportunities.
By strengthening the workforce, these initiatives support the overall University Mission.
