STAFF INFRASTRUCTURE STEERING COMMITTEE (SISC)
In the fall of 2001, the Chancellor appointed the Staff Infrastructure Steering Committee (SISC) to oversee the task of carrying out recommendations of the Compensation Advisory Committee. Those recommendations led to the Career Compass project.
