ABOUT SALARY RANGES
New Salary Ranges will be:
- Based on market survey data
- Multiple survey sources are used in the market pricing analysis
- Compensation reviews local, regional, and national compensation surveys
- Compensation selects survey data (e.g. educational institutions, local private sector, etc.)
- Developed in consultation with the Budget Office and employee unions.
- Targeted for introduction on January 1, 2009
